OPT-OUT ALLOWANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable or wish to not attend EMR24 you must submit your opt out request by 1 July 2024.

You may choose to cancel attending the Eagle Manager’s Retreat incentive for any reason including health, visa refusals or personal. We must receive your request to opt-out of attending the Eagle Manager’s Retreat by 1 July 2024 and take the opt out allowance instead. For the 2024 Eagle Manager’s Retreat, the opt out allowance will be US $1500.

Qualifiers must advise their Country Office by 1 July 2024 or sooner to receive their opt out allowance in the week of the event.

This EMR opportunity is open to qualifying Forever Business Owners (“FBOs”) only and is intended to be based on incentivizing sound business building principles, including, but not limited to, proper sponsoring, purchasing, and selling of product in accordance with the Forever Living Products (“Forever”) Marketing Plan and Company Policies, including the Code of Professional Conduct (collectively the “Company Policies”). The FBO is responsible for ensuring they have sufficient travel and medical insurance and to cover any third-party claims arising in connection with the incentive trip, including, but not limited to, injury, sickness (or death), medical and other emergencies, damage to personal property, and any expenses associated with cancelling or revising their trip, missed transport, or delayed departures for reasons beyond their control. The value of the award via this incentive may be considered taxable income to the receiving FBO, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiving FBO. All prizes will be awarded as stated in the sole discretion of Forever and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

Forever makes no guarantees on awards or success. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, skill, and leadership abilities, and how effectively you exercise those qualities. Less than 3% of active, participating, hardworking Forever Business Owners worldwide qualified for Forever’s Eagle Manager’s Retreat in 2023.
