Opt-Out Allowance & Cancellation Policy

Opt-out request must be received by Friday, July 3rd, 2026

You may choose to cancel attending the Eagle Manager's Retreat incentive for any reason including health, visa refusals or personal. We must receive your request to opt-out of attending the Eagle Managers Retreat by Friday, July 3rd, 2026 and take a cash allowance instead. For the 2026 Eagle Managers Retreat, this cash alternative will be US $1,500.

Qualifiers must advise their Country Office by Friday, July 3rd, 2026 or sooner. Allowances cannot be paid for any cancellation after this date. 100% of attendance cost will be due to the country Office for any changes or cancellations after September 11th.

Opt-Out Deadline (Due to Travel Visa issues)

Qualifiers may also opt out due to travel visa issues. The opt-out allowance of US$1,500 is available under the condition that a visa appointment has been scheduled and confirmed by the Country office. To qualify for the generous, opt-out allowance of US$1,500 due to travel visa issues, the Qualifier must communicate their non-attendance in writing to their County Office on or before September 2nd, 2026.

Cash allowances will be paid out the week of the event.

The value of the award via this incentive may be considered taxable income to the receiving FBO, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiving FBO. All prizes will be awarded as stated in the sole discretion of Forever and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
