Travel
Documents Required
Visitors who wish to travel to South Africa must have a passport that is valid for at least 30 days after their intended return date from South Africa
Passport holders must have at least 1 completely unused visa page for entry or departure endorsements by South African Immigration Service in their passport.
A completed Visa Application Form BI-84 (if required)
A passport issued within the past ten years
A yellow-fever vaccination certificate (if required)
Proof of onward or exit travel
Travelers are recommended to complete a travel declaration form online before entering South Africa. Completion of the electronic traveler declaration is voluntary during the pilot phase of the system.
If you have children (minors) travelling with you or joining you in South Africa, you will need to provide the following additional documents:
Unabridged birth certificates, proof of guardianship or custody or
Consent from the guardian in the case of an unaccompanied minor
Proof of financial means to pay for your living expenses while in South Africa in the form of:
Bank statements, salary advances, undertakings by the host(s) in South Africa Bursary, medical cover or
Cash available (including credit cards and travelers’ cheques)

Health Risks and Requirements
Travelers should consider: -Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B vaccines; -Typhoid vaccine for visits to smaller cities or rural areas; -Routine vaccines including Measles. Additional vaccine recommendations may apply. Consult your healthcare provider.
Yellow fever: Required for travelers who come from designated countries by the WHO. You must get the vaccine 10 days prior to arrival.

Please Note
For a smooth and comfortable arrival experience, we recommend booking flights that land by 18:00 on arrival day. This timing allows for the 2.5-hour transfer to Sun City. If arriving after 18:00 consider booking overnight accommodations.
EMR26 qualifiers will be provided transfers to and from the airport on the qualified dates of arrival/departures; 4th and 8th October.

Child Pass
An Event for the whole family.
As an EMR qualifier, you can purchase a child’s pass, including infants for. This will allow children 18 or younger to attend events organized by Forever during EMR26.
Child Pass Includes:
Arrival and departures airport transfers.
Access to all amenities at the resort. Some activities are an extra fee.
Note: Child passes cannot be refunded. Please add a ticket to your cart for each child you will be bringing with you and complete each form for each child.
Child Pass Does not include:
The accommodation supplement due to the hotel. Please read the hotel document coming soon for these details.
